Orders are mailed out on Tuesdays and Fridays. If more than 1 economy pack is ordered, the First Class Mail is upgraded to Priority Mail at no additional cost.

Refund:
There is a 20% restocking fee on unopened or undamaged containers. No returns on used or damaged packages. Please email Denture Care for complete instructions for returns. Return Authorization number by email is required on all returned orders. All returns are refunded based on the unused portion. Open packets will not be accepted. We do not refund for shipping. Any products returned for credit or exchange must be returned by mail freight prepaid within 30 days from receipt of shipment (Returns must be shipped in a method where a signature is required on delivery or a refund will not be given.) (Please see below for exceptions to 30 day policy) Our guarantee is for 30 days* from the date you receive your product to the date postmarked on your return.

Denture Care is committed to fighting fraudulent and unauthorized credit card orders on the Internet. This allows us to keep our online prices at the lowest possible for the benefit of our customers. In events of loss incurred to Denture Care, contact will be made to the appropriate law enforcement agencies to seek apprehension, prosecution and restitution to the fullest extent of the law.
